The 200-Hour Sri Yoga Teacher Training Program begins Friday, June 5th, 2015.
To become a 200-hour certified Sri Yoga instructor we now have a brand new training schedule! First, join us for the 100-Hour immersion training from June 12 - 21, 2015 in Mount Shasta. Following this intensive will be a set of six weekend practicums. You can register for the full 200-hour training together or separately.

Select your lodging option: Lodging is for Friday June 12, checking out on Sunday June 21. Since we are staying in the A frame lodge, there is no partial credit for late arrivals/early departures.
Food is not included. The A Frame house has a large shared kitchen, living room and fireplace. There will be time to cook meals individually or as a group.
Use of the mineral springs is $25/bath. Sauna, deck, and creek are complimentary.

You can always call Stewart Springs to book a campsite (530) 938-2222 or local motels are available in the area. If staying offsite, you must pay a day use fee that does not include baths.
You will meet for class each morning at 9 am. Lunch time will be 12:30-3 pm. Afternoon session is 3-6pm. Evening programs/contemplation/study time will vary depending on the topic. We will build in time to enjoy Mt Shasta and the surrounding area. There is no cell service on the property for most people. You will need to drive down the hill to get a signal. There are internet cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store in Weed and Mount Shasta. Mount Shasta also has a natural foods store called Berryvale which also has great lunch options.
