If paying by check, your space will be reserved for 7 days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If a retreat is canceled by Sri Yoga Retreats, payments to date will be refunded in full which constitutes settlement fees. Sri Yoga Retreats will not be held responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred in preparation for canceled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations or illness.

Retreat Costs:

Retreat costs and what they include are listed on the itinerary for each retreat. Retreat costs are based on group rates and no refunds will be given for inclusions not used.

Items not Included in our costs:

    * Visa and passport charges

    * Departure taxes

    * Gratuities

    * Airport transfers

    * Extra meals not included in itinerary

    * Items of a personal nature (ie laundry, drinks, telephone calls, personal clothing)

    * Emergency evacuation

    * Personal travel insurance

Notice is hereby given that all arrangements made on behalf of customers are made by the organizers on the sole condition that the organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, or irregularity which may be occasioned through acts of any company and/or persons engaged in carrying out arrangements and services described herein or otherwise in connection herewith.
