Yoga is a method to expand our capacity and achieve that which we previously were incapable of. Each time we practice asana (postures), we feel our bodies growing a little looser and a little stronger. Also we build Agni or the fire needed to keep disease at bay and for transformation mentally and spiritually. When a Yogi experiences a truly vibrant life, seeing the beauty in all things, we call this sri. Sri (resplendence) only comes when agni is bright enough to digest this thing called Life. In this workshop, we will explore asana, breath, bandhas, mantra and meditation to cultivate sri.
