In yoga, there are tools for healing yourself (shastra) and healing others (ashastra). In this workshop, we will begin by opening the hips and the heart—two main centers for healing—then explore two amazing meditation practices that will build your capacity to heal yourself and offer healing to another.
In this workshop, we will:
o Learn how to direct prana (life force) in asana and pranayama practice
o Harness the healing capacity of the 2nd and 4th chakras
o Learn ancient healing meditations that promote unconditional healing for yourself and others.
