In this training, you will gain more mastery over your physical and energetic bodies to clear your space for more effective transmission. Become more than a yoga teacher. Become an innovator and conduit for the deeper teachings of yoga. In this mini-immersion, you will have an opportunity to take your practice and understanding of the yoga teachings to a new, experiential level, enabling you to teach from a place of deep “knowing.” We will go to the heart of Yoga by expanding your light so that you can ignite the light of others. More advanced asana, pranayama, meditation, and healing techniques will be introduced, with an emphasis on the experiential aspects.

(formally the Art of Transcendence: Part 2)

“You can’t always get what you want.” Or can you? In this training we discuss the 4 states of consciousness: Awake, Dreaming, Deep Sleep and Turiya. Investigate how the mind works, storyboarding the movie of your life. Unearth the parts of us that sabotage (vikalpas) and learn how you can replace those parts with your heart’s desire (sankalpa). Experience technologies such as mantra meditation and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and why they are powerful tools in helping you manifest your more expanded reality, as well tools to help you reduce stress and gain clarity. This session will help you become a clearer channel for all that you seek, as you learn techniques that you can apply to your classroom, as well as techniques only appropriate for your personal practice.

(formally the Art of Transmission: Part 1)

The foundation of an alchemical yoga practice is skillful use of Prana.  In this immersion, we will take our sadhana to a whole new level where Yoga is management of the energetic body (Pranamaya Kosha).  Sequencing (Vinyasa Krama) through the lens of prana has the power to clear and heal every layer of your being - physically, mentally, and vibrationally.  This increased level of clarity will allow you to bring your highest Self more fully into every aspect of your life, both on and off the mat.  More advanced pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra and healing techniques will be introduced, with an emphasis on the experiential aspects.

  • Adhikara, sequencing, vinyasa krama and use of themes and bhavana for clearer transmission

Tantra says, “Yatha pindande, tatha brahmande—Whatever is in the body is also in the universe.” Learn how to recognize the Universal Truth expressed in your body - your personal roadmap and toolbox to understanding.  As you refine your listening, you gain access to more of your Highest Self, allowing you to be a larger conduit for Joy and Resplendence.  As you become softer and  more still, you hear the voice of your more subtle anatomy.  Discover deep communication as you embody the "mind" of your different physical systems (bones, muscles, connective tissue, organs, etc…) By taking this potent and subtle journey into Self as Body,  converse with the space between the cells as the pathway to ultimate healing.  Learn how to practice, teach, and heal from your Dhi, your clear and receptive heart.  This immersion also addresses yoga as healer by refining our ability to see, listen, and touch.  Explore the healing power of touch as you experience and embody delicious hands-on adjustments.

  • Learn to listen through your Systems Anatomy
  • Practice the art of refined touch - yoga teacher as healer - to reach different systems of the body

Words From Our 500-Hr Sri Yoga™ Graduates

The Sri Yoga™ training literally changed my life. It brought me into balance so that I could create the space in my life for positive change. Before the training, I was very unhappy with my job and personal life. Now, not even 3 full months afterwards, all of this has changed - I have a new boyfriend, new job and time to focus on my personal goals and discover what truly makes me happy in this life. Jean’s mantra’s are infectious (everything is perfect, no judgement, if it isn’t fun, don’t do it) and with repetition become stronger and stronger, creating new thoughts in the brain. These thoughts create new energy in the body, and lead to more prana and ultimately bring out your Big S self to share with the world.
